Danny Edwards-Luce
Pastor
Danny felt called to ministry during his first years in college. After he and his wife Aubrey married in 2010, God gave them a specific calling to plant a church: a church that facilitates and encourages unity in Christ (Ephesians 2:11-22), as well as a church that reflects the diverse community of heaven presented in Revelation 7:9-12.
After many years of training, growth, and ministry in Saint Louis, Missouri, Danny and Aubrey moved to the D.C.-area in 2014. Danny spent three years as a Church Planting Fellow at a multi-ethnic church in Silver Spring, Maryland. They moved to Bladensburg in the summer of 2017, building relationships with the local community and laying the foundations for Port Towns Church.

Elvis Le
Pastoral Resident
Elvis was born in Birmingham, Alabama after his parents immigrated from Vietnam following the war. He holds a BA in Socio-Psychology as well as a Masters of Divinity. In ministry, Elvis has served in campus ministry with RUF Maryland (2010-2012) and CCF St. Louis (2012-2016). He also served with a multi-national church plant in London (New City Church, 2016-2018). In addition to his ministry experience, opportunities to travel to many places within the Americas, Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and both South & East Asia have shaped Elvis’ calling and passion for cross-cultural ministry.
He enjoys learning language and culture almost as much as anything involving food or drink. He’s also a fan of “The Office,” Premier League Football, and dance.
Elvis met his wife Jaime at New City Church in London in 2017, and they married in 2019. Jaime loves traveling and seeing how God has created a beautiful mosaic through his people and creation. Jaime works as a healthcare interior designer and feels blessed to be a member of Port Towns Church.
